EA launched a subscription service for getting and playing their games on PC in 2016. Users can choose between paying a monthly or yearly subscription fee to access a large collection of EA titles also known as The Vault.
Origin Access subscribers also get a 10% discount on all Origin purchases. Starting in March 2018, Origin Access starting offering titles from Warner Bros.

How do I Invite My Friend?
Sometimes you want to compel a friend to play a certain game and before buying the game he/she wants to test that game. Origin allows you to invite your friends to join Origin access and they are going to get a 7 day trial of Origin’s Basic membership.
First of all, you have to be a member of Origin in order to invite your friend, if you are already a member and want to send your friend a 7 day trial of Origin Access Basic, you will be able to invite them via Origin.
To do so, you have to log in to your Origin account to find a link you can share with your friend to sign up or search for their name or EA Account and they are going to get a notification in Origin as well as by email that they have received a trial to claim. You can invite up to 4 friends so they can join in on the Origin Access fun.
You can also send an invite directly from in-game for some participating games. Look for the friend referral tile while you’re playing to see if your game has that option.
You won’t be able to send invite to some of your if they are:
- Already a member of Origin Access
- Had a free trial in the last three months
- If they live Belgium, Brazil, and Spain because this service isn’t available there.
What features they will get?
As soon as your friend accepts the invite you sent them, they are going to receive a 7-day trial of a Basic membership for Origin Access.
They are going to have full access Vault and can play any of the available Play First Trials for up to ten hours each until you are out of trial.
